Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
